The toy features a monkey named Bombo, swinging from a palm tree. When wound-up, Bombo spins vertically while his legs hang free. There are additional mounting slots on the palm tree trunk, that allow Bombo to swing horizontally. It has been well-loved and is now looking for a new home. This item is perfect for collectors of vintage and antique toys or for those who appreciate the craftsmanship of toys from a bygone era. This Unique Art Bombo Monkey toy measures 10" high, with a 6" x 4" base stand, and features tin lithographic artwork. This toy is perfect for enthusiasts who love wind-up toys and its character family. All metal components are in-tact and show only minimal signs of wear or use. There are no discernible defects in the paint or metal. Paint on this vintage toy is remarkably clean and bright. This adorable wind-up toy from the past still works as intended, although the key is missing. It will run by manually winding the monkey on its bar. The monkey is missing one ear, the right one.
